【参考】コンフィギュレーションエディタをバージョンアップする手順
　１．現在の設定をバックアップする。
　　　userconfig_bak.php　はローカルに退避する。
　２．コンフィギュレーションエディタをアンインストールする。
　３．コンフィギュレーションエディタ上書き。
　４．コンフィギュレーションエディをインストールする。
　５．バックアップに戻す。
　　　ローカルに退避していたuserconfig_bak.phpを戻してからおおこなうこと。
　６．念のためuserconfig_bak.phpをローカルに退避する。
　７．現在の設定をバックアップする。
　設定ファイルの配置場所がprivate/data/に変更になっているので注意
